About Charlie Palmer's District Tavern
Charlie Palmer's District Tavern is a comfortable yet energetic eatery in Denver's historic LoDo neighborhood. A meeting place you can drop by and grab a craft cocktail, gather with friends for a full-on dinner, or take advantage of the sidewalk seating for some Wazee Street people watching, District Tavern is designed to be a familiar place to call your own.
Offering a well rounded menu featuring "Modern American Tavern Fare", Executive Chef Jeff Russell presents regional and seasonal produce highlighted in light dishes such as "Haystack Farms" Ricotta Filled Tortelloni with Fennel, Watercress, and Navel Orange; fish favorites like Lemongrass Steamed Rocky Mountain Trout with Roasted Maitake Mushroom and Carrot-Ginger Emulsion; and tavern-style Bone-in Tenderbelly Pork Chops with Chorizo, Apricot, and Roasted Asparagus. The fresh, earthy selections are partnered by a sensible wine and spirits program featuring great value bottles with moderate markups and carefully crafted cocktails with fresh ingredients that don't cost as much as an entrée.
