IHS Global Insight, a unit of Douglas County-based IHS Inc., reports that Colorado is one of 12 states expected to reach or exceed pre-recession job levels either this year or next. Four states, all experiencing growth in energy production, Alaska, Louisiana, North Dakota and Texas, already have returned to pre-recession job levels.
