MHYP President, April Lambatos, Selected as Colorado Women's Chamber Young Professional of the Year

Join us in congratulating our very own, April Lambatos, for being selected as Colorado Women's Chamber Young Professional of the Year.  For 18 years, the Colorado Women's Chamber  has been recognizing Denver young professionals, businesses, and non-profit organizations for business excellence and community impact. So it comes as no surprise that this year, April was recognized for her outstanding achievements as a young prodessional, business owner, and philanthropist here in the the State of Colorado.

April is the co-owner of Footers Catering & Events, where she holds the titles of Head Honcho of Happiness and Chief Operations Officer. Footers partners with over 50 local non-profit organizations to help raise money and awareness for their causes. Footers Catering prides itself on serving the freshest foods, employing a passionate and knowledgeable team, and creating exceptional experiences.

April has her B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida. After graduation April spent time learning hospitality and culinary from the leaders in the industry at Walt Disney World Resorts. For the past 7 years April has pursued her passion of culinary arts and business. She has spent this time doing everything from running a catering kitchen as Executive Chef, planning events as a coordinator, and breaking national sales records as Director of Catering at Paradise Bakery & Cafe.

April's passion, personality, and professionalism make her a highly valued member of not only Mile High Young Professionals, but the entire Denver community!
