Colorado community banks increased their small-business lending by more than $214 million over their baselines using capital from the federal Small Business Lending Fund (SBLF), according to a government report released Wednesday.
The U.S. Department of the Treasury report showed that SBLF participants nationwide have increased their small-business lending by about $8.9 billion since the depths of the recession in 2009.
