Denver Home Prices Reach All-Time High in May

Denver metro home prices hit an all-time high in May on the S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index, an index that tracks home prices in the 20 largest metro areas and compares prices with a benchmark date of January 2000. Denver’s home price index in May was 140.98, meaning prices in May were 40.98% higher than they were in the benchmark month.
