With over 19 years of experience improving processes and managing projects, Rebecca’s expertise in organizational change management and learning/development, allows her to connect vision to people. In this way, she helps teams navigate an intentional and iterative approach to getting stuff done. Rebecca is the founder of Peopleside, a high-energy consultancy changing the way organizations accomplish goals. As a consultant, trainer and coach within both of these spaces, she leverages multiple frameworks and leads teams in Agile and change management best practices. She has successfully helped clients increase how much work they get done, the quality of their product and the connection among their teams. Rebecca has a post-graduate education in Human Resource and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas and Business Education from the University of Minnesota. Rebecca is PMP, CSM, CCMP, and Prosci certified. From 2008-2010 Rebecca was an Executive Committee Member of the Dubuque, IA Young Professionals.
Rebecca will be discussing the "Getting Stuff Done Model". This model will include topics such as:
1. Insight into how it connects with the scientific method.
2. What is it’s organizational effectiveness is
3. What are the areas of focus
4. How will this model help you Rebecca will also go over a few training actitivites to bring further insight into this method.
