About Joshua Hunt

Joshua Hunt is the Founder (2012) and Chief Executive Officer of TRELORA, a real estate firm where he is devoted to reshaping antiquated industry practices to better align with technological trends and rising consumer expectations.

Joshua began his real estate career in 1997 with Re / Max, where he was recognized as Rookie of the Year. Ten years later he joined Keller Williams, becoming a top producing agent before taking on the roles of Managing Broker, Team Leader and franchise owner. After earning the distinction as a top recruiter and coach nationwide, he developed a vision of how to offer buyers and sellers a more efficient, less expensive real estate experience with technology and task specialization.

Joshua’s extensive experience following the traditional business model of a real estate transaction led him to believe in both the need and the potential for industry innovation on behalf of consumers. TRELORA is the confluence of innovative technology, increased transparency, greater control and fair pricing for consumers.

While disrupting and leading the new way real estate transactions are done, Joshua also is part of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and is alumni of Leadership Denver 2017. He also sits on the board of Habitat for Humanity to give back, while also helping to try to change the affordable housing problem here in Denver.

Joshua also founded the TRELORA Foundation in 2015 with a mission of building a movement to create hope in the housing industry. The foundation encourages random acts of kindness, an opportunity to recognize a deserving homeowner through the Pig It Forward movement (a mortgage payment grant), and an easy way for clients to contribute to a good cause with a tax-deductible donation given at closing.
