Make a direct impact in the lives of local students by volunteering with Clothes To Kids of Denver (CTKD) on Saturday, July 18th with MHYP!

CTKD provides free school clothing in a boutique setting to students from low-income or in-crisis families, helping them have the clothing they need to feel comfortable, confident and prepared to thrive. Students get to shop in a welcoming space where they can select the seasonal and stylish wardrobe pieces that meet their needs. Each month CTKD outfits more than 1,200 local students with a wardrobe equal to a week's worth of school clothes - 21 pieces - and it is all FREE. 

Volunteers will play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping experience by sorting and organizing clothing donations, stocking the store, or assisting families by helping them find the school clothes they need for their children.

This is an active volunteer opportunity that requires standing for the duration of the shift, as well as bending, lifting, and moving boxes or bags. There will be a liability waiver for volunteers over the age of 18 to sign when they arrive on site. Anyone with criminal offenses of a violent nature is not eligible to volunteer.
