This private lunch will give you exclusive access to people who’s time is at a premium, in a setting that promotes open conversation. Join us for an exciting conversation with Simone Ross, General Manager of The Riveter. Simone will be speaking about personal and professional evolution. 

Simone is a Colorado native who grew up in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood. After graduating from Denver East High School, Simone attended Colorado State University, where she earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts and English, and a Master of Business Administration.

Simone is unafraid to speak about societal disparities marginalized people combat. She drives to raise awareness and find solutions to alleviate these inequities. Simone is passionate about building sustainable, empowered, educated, and safe communities. Her passion is demonstrated through her work with women, and youth with special emphasis on young girls. Simone is a catalyst for advocacy and change, serving as the Founder and CEO of Simone D. Ross, LLC, a consulting firm with the vision of catalyzing human thriving. Simone uses her 15+ year corporate experience to bring voice to the importance of creating equity within business enterprises. Simone also brings new voice to many of Denver's events as an Emcee and Auctioneer.

Simone is also the Regional Managing Director of The Riveter, leading the Denver and Minneapolis markets. Through her work at The Riveter, a company “built by women, for everyone,” she ignites the corporate mission by building a community rooted in equity. In concert with The Riveter, Simone is placing her mark on visioning a world in which equity of opportunity in work and business is not a promise, but is a reality. Through collaborative and equitable workspaces, everyone wins, accelerating their companies, their careers, and their lives.

She is a champion of the enfranchisement of women locally and globally. Having written curriculum for the Women’s Worth Project in Kenya, and actively contributing to women’s leadership forums across the Nation. Simone is a thought partner and change agent throughout the Denver/Metro community. Simone believes that “when women everywhere have access to equal opportunities, education, and are equipped with a toolkit for achievement and success; families are strengthened, the economy is
stimulated, and communities are propelled towards positive change.”

Simone has been recognized by the Denver Business Journal as a “40 Under 40” business leader, the Association for Corporate Growth as a David Sloan business scholar, was recognized by the Colorado Black Chamber as a community service champion, is a graduate of Leadership Denver, the Colorado State Chamber CACI Executive Leadership Program, and is an Urban Leadership Foundation Chamber Connect alum.

Simone is the mother of Gavin (10 years), and Zoë (5 years). They enjoy music, dancing, art, reading, travel, shopping, and anything spontaneous and zany!
