About Representative Susan Lontine, Member of the Colorado House of Representatives representing the 1st district; State, Veterans, and Military Affairs Vice Chair 

Rep. Lontine has long served in the state Capitol and in her district, having been a staffer for Sen. Irene Aguilar and serving previously on the staff of former Rep. Jeanne Labuda, Rep. Lontine’s predecessor in House District 1. Rep. Lontine is also a former Democratic Party captain for House District 1. She is a Florida native and attended the University of Central Florida. She lives in Grant Ranch with her husband, Chuck Lontine, and their son, Ben. 

Susan Lontine represents House District 1 in southwest Denver, including neighborhoods such as Westwood, Mar Lee, Harvey Park, Grant Ranch, College View, Bear Valley, Fort Logan and Marston. She is vice chairwoman of the State, Veterans & Military Affairs Committee and sits on the Health, Insurance & Environment Committee.
