About Frank Valcarcel

A born entrepreneur with over a decade of practical IT experience, Frank has helped lead Cuttlesoft, a Custom Software and Product Development agency, to two states and 10x growth in just 3 years. That doesn’t mean that he doesn’t get his hands dirty. As a Fullstack developer and systems expert, this CEO likes to roll up his sleeves and get to work. His motto; “Iterate towards perfection” is emblazoned on the company’s masthead and in their team’s minds.Frank believes the most important virtue to what Cuttlesoft does is “empathy”, and that in order to build a great company and even greater products, a team must first be empathetic to its clients and users. Frank, along with his wife and co-founder Emily, we’re voted entrepreneur of the year in 2016 by the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, and their hard work and determination has been recognized again and again by business publications and industry associations.
