About the presentation: 

Tracy Graf is a communications coach with 17 years of leadership experience in senior marketing and public relations roles with prominent international corporations. She led teams of marketing professionals to grow revenue for over 25 prestigious national brands in her positions with Vail Resorts, Life Time Fitness, Disney on Ice, and Ruder-Finn Public Relations. In 2015, Tracy began transforming her marketing communications experience into a successful path coaching teams to communicate more effectively.

She is now increasing sales revenue, employee retention, and customer service scores for a variety of companies including Oracle, Cisco, Hitachi Vantara, Marriott, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Leveraging her experience in sales leadership, project management, and public relations, Tracy customizes her coaching approach to her clients’ needs. She addresses communication obstacles using multiple consultative approaches including CTI’s Co-Active Coaching.

Tracy will be discussing Think On Your Feet, which teaches people to structure thoughts quickly to be clear, concise and memorable in formal and informal communications settings.
