Josh Ginsberg, CEO of Native Roots Dispensary
Josh Ginsberg is a Colorado native and clear leader in the cannabis industry. As a lifelong entrepreneur with nearly ten years expertise in the industry, Ginsberg built the Native Roots brand from the ground up to become the largest legal marijuana production and distribution company in the world. As CEO and partner of Native Roots, Ginsberg overhauled the company and its strategic direction to create a widely known and renowned cannabis brand. In just three years, he grew the company to 17 locations with nearly 700 employees. He also currently operates the largest state of the art indoor cultivation and infused products facility in the world. Ginsberg paved his road to success in the cannabis industry with a propensity for defining steep goals and achieving results. In 2003, he launched a still-thriving car detailing business, which grew to become the largest operation of its kind along the Front Range - further testimony to his entrepreneurial drive. Ginsberg holds dual degrees in Computer Science and Economics/Finance from Bucknell University and participated in J.P. Morgan’s young executive program in New York City before venturing to Boulder, Colorado where he still resides with his wife and two young children.
