About Jeff Spadafora

Jeff Spadafora is a former management consultant who made a significant shift in his life and career to pursue his true purpose in life. As it turns out, his passion and purpose is to help people discover their passion and purpose.
He has coached hundreds of people through this process of self-discovery and as well has managed the other 41 Halftime Institute coaches located in 6 countries across the globe. Before Halftime Institute, Jeff was a management consultant for twenty years with a focus on executive education and development for Fortune 500 companies. He currently lives with his family in Evergreen, Colorado.
