Extreme Community Makeover coordinates volunteer teams to partner with underserved people to improve their own homes and neighborhoods. These projects build safer environments, cultivate community among residents, neighborhoods and networks of local resource providers, and connect residents to a permanent path toward healthy, hopeful and stable lives

About the featured YP group

The Emerging Leaders Council (ELC) is a collective of young professionals who support Mile High United Way and the Metro Denver community through volunteerism, advocacy, philanthropy and by developing into community leaders. ELC members use their time, talent, and energy to change the odds for children and families in our community.

About our socials

Our social events provide an opportunity to network with Denver's finest Young Professionals in a relaxed, professional environment. So come with an open mind, dress like you do at work, and be prepared to learn about the other professionals in the room. We work with people we like, so be prepared to foster some new business friendships! There are no membership or age requirements for MHYP socials, everyone is welcome to come network and learn more about MHYP.

Our socials feature food and drink specials and a fish-bowl drawing that includes fantastic giveaways and prizes (must be present to win).
