About the Presentation

Most people acknowledge the power of positive thinking. Few, though, translate positive thoughts into verbal action. It’s what you say, and how you say it, that gets you ahead in business and in life. Knowing the secrets of Power Talking allows you to program your own brain and give yourself powerful advantages: Power Talking is a system of using common words to create uncommonly positive outcomes. We now know that “power talkers” sell more, live longer, enjoy healthier lives, and achieve their career and personal goals faster. In this program, participants learn to identify the powerless, self- sabotaging phrases they’re undoubtedly using in their everyday conversations. We’ll uncover the powerful verbal replacements that generate superior results, resulting in happier and more successful lives and careers.

About George Walther

George Walther’s fascination with verbal transformations began with his University of California summa cum laude degree in Rhetoric and Public Address and an MBA in Marketing from UCLA. He’s gone on to address business leaders as a keynote speaker for clients including Ford, Starbucks, Microsoft, GE and a slew of corporate and association executives. He’s been honored with the highest award in professional speaking, the CPAE Hall of Fame, as well as its top earned designation, Certified Speaking Professional.
