Our Table of 10 event provides MHYP members an opportunity to meet and converse with top-level business, community, and social leaders in Denver. These private dinners will give you exclusive access to people whose time is at a premium, in a setting that promotes open conversation. About our Guest:

Chef Albert Gonzales is a Denver-based culinary innovator who transformed his career from fast food cook to founder of Track Down, a venture known for immersive dining experiences. With roots in Albuquerque and training in fine dining and culinary school, he champions mindful, open-fire cooking and farm-to-table connections. Through pop-ups, private events, and outdoor cooking classes, Gonzales is redefining what it means to dine—emphasizing quality, creativity, and community.
