Join this group of women to learn the empowerment and preparedness of self-defense.

This event is FREE and taught by our Lead Park Ranger/Visitor Services and Natural Resources Director, Shaina Young, and located at our Jeffco Open Space Headquarters.

Please be prepared for about an hour presentation discussing psychological ways to stay safe, followed by an hour of physical activity of basic strikes and kicks with pads.

Comfortable clothes, shoes, and water bottles highly suggested.
